Why Am I Drawn to Nature?

Why Am I Drawn to Nature?

Introductory thoughts for reopening the blog

“Trees are patient teachers. They do not rush, they do not judge — they just stand, waiting for us to slow down enough to hear them.”

I don't remember exactly when the forest began calling me. It wasn't a big moment — more like a quiet pull. Maybe it started in the scent of fallen leaves, in a breeze across a field, or a sliver of morning light I didn’t notice at the time.
Since then, the feeling has only grown — not to escape, but to return. To reconnect.

This blog is being reborn from that place.
Not to teach or instruct, but to share with you the quiet wonder that every walk, every photograph, every blade of grass continues to evoke in me.
There will be no rush here, no pressure to perform for algorithms.
Only nature’s rhythm. The pace of slowing down. The act of being present.

I’ll write about grounding, healing walks, photographing the woods, and how to find our way back to ourselves — perhaps on a mossy path beneath the trees.
If you, too, are seeking a slower pace, come back now and then.
You might be looking for the same thing I am: something quiet, something true.
